A degree holder with honor in Social Science from University Science Malaysia Pulau Pinang, Mohd Rahmatullah has been involved in Human Resource management for the past 30 years, thus giving him the exposure and experience in all stage of human resource management.
He worked with various industries ranging from the semiconductor industries, transportation, and financial industry.
Among his major responsibilities in his previous engagement are;
- Responsible for the development and management of an effective and responsive human resource and administration functions.
- Formulate and implement human resource policies and procedures in line with the company business goals.
- Responsible to develop the training and development plan for whole company by conducting the training needs analysis.
- Responsible for the recruitment plan and conduct the interview session for all level of staff.
- Review, develop, implement and administer the companies’ administration policies and procedures with regards of purchasing and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Handle IR matters that include staff discipline, Domestic Inquiry and counseling session
- Co-ordinate the implementation and execution of Performance Management System throughout the company.
- He also involved in consulting and motivation training. He has conducting training in various disciplines which include team building, motivation and management skills. Among the organization and companies are Produa, Tan Chong Motor Assembly, NAZA Motor, SILK Highway, Elektriksola, Onkyo, Kementerian Kerja Raya, Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan, Risda , INTAN and Yayasan TNB
